Mostly a planning job

Clients from other markets often expect to need a protection team and are surprised when we say they probably do not. Crime rates are low. A visiting principal is far more likely to be caught out by a weather closure or a four-hour distance to a hospital.

So the work is mostly planning: who knows the name, which entrance they use, which staff have been briefed, and what happens if the helicopter cannot fly. If the client's own rules require a team, we coordinate licensed local providers. We do not provide security services ourselves.

What we arrange

Discretion protocols

Name kept out of supplier systems, staff briefed in advance, confidentiality agreements where a property will sign one, and arrival away from the main entrance.

Privacy of movement

Private dining rooms, closed transfers and taking a whole property. The most effective option here, and the one needing the most notice.

Close protection

Arranged through licensed local providers when the client's own rules require it, working with their team rather than replacing it.

Remote-area contingency

How far the nearest hospital is, how an evacuation would work, what to do where there is no phone signal, and who decides. The most useful part of this in the North.

Limits we state up front

Armed protection is tightly restricted by law in all five countries. Licensing is slow and often not open to a visiting team at all.
We coordinate licensed providers. We are not a security company and do not claim to be one.
Taking a whole property is the strongest privacy option and needs months of notice, not weeks.
In remote areas hospitals are far away and phone signal is unreliable. We put that in the programme rather than leave it out.
