We run the trip, not a directory
Booking a charter flight or a chauffeur on its own is easy. Making them line up is the hard part: the helicopter that lands twenty minutes after the boat docks, the driver still waiting when the flight is three hours late, the guide who has been told why this particular client is coming.
Nordic Privé plans and runs the trip these services sit inside. We do not own aircraft, boats or vehicles, and we are not an aviation or security company. We hold the plan and the backup plan, and we answer for it when something changes.
We operate directly in Finland. In the other countries we work with local partner teams we have checked. Each service page says what is available, how much notice it needs, and where the limits are.
Air & Water
These change what fits into a trip. They need the most notice, they depend on the weather, and they are why five days can cover what would otherwise take ten.
Ground, Arrival & People
Less notice needed, less that can go dramatically wrong, and a much bigger share of what the client remembers afterwards.

We do not own aircraft, boats or vehicles, and we are not an aviation, marine or security company.
We cannot guarantee weather, aurora, landing permission or availability. Nothing is held until it is confirmed and paid for.
We do not sell to the public. Every enquiry comes through a travel advisor or tour operator.
If a service does not exist at a particular airport, harbour or region, we will say so rather than offer something weaker instead.
