Smaller airports, shorter queues
There are two good reasons to book airport assistance here: the group is arriving with a lot of equipment, or they have a tight connection that will fail if anything slips. As a status purchase it does very little, because the queues it exists to skip are mostly not there.
We would rather tell you that than invoice for it. The main airports have meet and greet, handling, lounges and in a few cases a private terminal. A northern regional airport has one hall, one baggage belt and a short walk to the car.
What we arrange
Meet and greet on arrival
Someone waiting at the gate or in the arrivals hall to walk the group through to the car. The most useful part of this service.
Fast-track and lounge access
Available where the airport offers it. Most flights within the Nordics stay inside Schengen, so there is usually no passport queue to skip.
Baggage and equipment handling
Skis, camera cases, permitted rifles, expedition freight. This is where an agent will actually save you an hour.
Business-aviation terminal
Arrival and departure away from the main terminal, at the few airports that have one.
Limits we state up front
- Most northern regional airports have no fast-track, no lounge and no private facility. We will tell you rather than charge for something that is not there.
- Flights arriving from inside Schengen have no passport queue to skip.
- Rules on escorting guests through security vary by airport, and the airport sets them.
- Permits for firearms, drones and expedition freight are the client's responsibility. We help with them but cannot apply on their behalf.
