About This Experience

Cycling in the Nordics

The Nordics ride beautifully. Norway offers fjord-side trails like Fjørå above the Valldal valley and quiet mountain roads through Romsdalen; Finland has smooth forest gravel and national-park singletrack; Sweden's archipelago islands are made for slow road riding between swim stops.

Every programme is private and guided, with a support vehicle where the route calls for it. E-bikes flatten the hills for mixed-ability parties — a couple where one rides hard and one prefers the view can share the same day.

Riding is matched honestly to ability. Fjørå's singletrack is for genuine mountain bikers; most clients are better served by the gravel and quiet-road days, which are just as scenic and far more forgiving.

Honest notes for travel designers

Ability first

We ask how clients actually ride before proposing routes. The wrong trail ruins a day; the right one makes the trip.

E-bikes welcome

No apology needed — e-bikes are how mixed groups enjoy the same mountain together.

Helmets and kit

Provided with the bikes, sized in advance.
